Tamzin Hare is an Exercise Scientist and nutritionist known for her expertise in sports performance. She has competed at the state level in weightlifting, blending her practical experience with academic knowledge to optimize athletic training and nutrition strategies for peak performance.

Keeley is an Accredited Sports Dietitian and Personal Trainer dedicated to nutrition, fitness, and overall health. She is committed to helping individuals at all stages of their wellness journeys, fostering healthy relationships with food, and ensuring everyone feels their best. 

Jacob Sanderson, an exercise scientist pursuing a masters in Exercise Physiology, boasts State and national Olympic lifting medals. With a background in powerlifting competition, his expertise spans strength sports, blending academic pursuit with practical success in competitive arenas.
