A Personalized Service You Will Love

GETTING STARTED

The best way to get started as part of our Strength & Conditioning Squad is to start with our 28 Day Trial. This provides you with an initial consultation with one of our expert coaches, a nutrition consultation with our Nutritionist/Dietitian and access to all of the group classes. This give syou an opportunity to try all services and get the most out of your first month of training. 

Expert Guidance

Each session is supervised by our esteemed coaching team. With qualifications in Exercise Science, Nutrition and Dietetics, you are in fantastic hands  no matter who is coaching your session. You will come in and follow individualised program written by our coaches in a small group environement of 2-6 people to ensure you receive the quality of a 1:1 session, for a fraction of the price. 

Flexible Scheduling

We understand that everyone has unique schedules. That's why we offer flexible scheduling options for our small group sessions, making it easier for you to find a time that fits your lifestyle. We run a variety of sessions through the week from Monday through to Sunday. You can see our current timetable below: 

Variety and Progression

To keep your workouts engaging and effective, our exercise scientists incorporate a variety of exercises and training methods. They also ensure progressive overload over time, continually challenging you to improve and reach new fitness milestones
